Step 1:

Personal Task and Project Management

Why is it important?

Having too many projects, activities and todos makes us feel stressed out and anxious. This affects our physical and mental health. Moreover, the lack of clarity does not allow us to focus on things that really matter.

How is it now?

Random todos saved in notebooks, several mobile apps, post-its, task manager, and calendar both digital and physical. Email inbox full of messages left there for some later reference.

How could it be?

Get a complete overview of what you have on your plate. Organize your tasks into a digital system that you can trust and access through all you devices.

Make a change

Let me help you organize your life through a series of personalized coaching sessions. I follow GTD® methodology by David Allen.* The system is based on five steps:

  1. Capture - collect every single thing that deserves your attention in one place.

  2. Clarify - decide what to do with every item: is it actionable or should it be stored accordingly?

  3. Organize - put everything where it corresponds (mainly inside of the digital tool of your choice).

  4. Reflect - build a reliable routine to review all your current and outstanding projects.

  5. Engage - do what you need to do, while being sure that you advance on what is really important.

Clear up your mind and allow it to work on important projects that require more mental power and creativity.
